PageOne offers a variety of access protocols, which offer direct integration with PageOne’s messaging platform. Whether you need to integrate messaging into a new application or add text-messaging capability into an existing system or website.
Our Access Protocols will allow a direct connection into PageOne’s messaging infrastructure.
Access Protocols Available:

“Short Message Peer to Peer”, and is an open industry standard messaging protocol used to connect
directly to a SMSC (short message service centre). SMPP connectivity is normally used by
businesses for high volume bulk SMS sending.
One of the easiest protocols to implement, PageOne can offer simple SMS and paging messages via SMTP (email) protocol.
This protocol (SNPP) offers organisations a simple yet reliable way to send both paging and SMS messages. SNPP operates via a customer's internet connection and enables organisations to send messages to PageOne pagers and to mobile phones (regardless of network) without incurring telephone charges.
One of the first methods of connection protocols that PageOne introduced. TAP has maintained it’s status as a reliable and easy to set up protocol, which supports a high volume of customers messaging daily. TAP uses a modem-to-modem connection and is a simple way to send paging and SMS messages.
